It started with a simple question.
“Did anyone feed the dog?” Every household has asked it. We wanted the answer to always be one glance away.
The small jobs behind a happy pet
Look closely at a week with a pet in the UAE and you find a lot of small jobs. Meals at the right times. Walks before the pavement heats up. A rabies booster that’s due next month. A groomer, a sitter, a vet you trust. A late-night question you’d rather not Google.
None of it is hard. All of it is easy to forget, and the bits that matter most tend to arrive at the worst moment.
So we drew a calmer version
Mori began as a design: a quiet app that remembers for you, answers kindly, and knows where you live. We drew every screen by hand, and every animal, from Labradors to Salukis, Siamese cats to saker falcons, because a pet isn’t a generic icon.
A Saluki doesn’t look like a Pomeranian, and a Saker doesn’t look like a cockatiel. Neither should their app.
Built here, for here
The UAE has its own rhythm: heat that changes the way you walk, rules for owning and travelling with pets, eight emirates with very different neighbourhoods, and a deep tradition with falcons. Mori starts from that, not from somewhere else.
