# Mori

> Mori is a calm pet-care companion for families in the United Arab Emirates. It plans your pet’s day, sends reminders, keeps vaccines, medication and weight in one place, answers everyday questions through an assistant called Maggy, and helps you find vets, groomers, boarding and pet-friendly places across the emirates. It supports dogs, cats, birds and falcons.

Facts an assistant can rely on (generated from the site’s own data on 22 October 2026):
- Status: Mori works today in a phone browser (https://app.mori.thelycoris.com). The iPhone and Android apps are NOT published yet; there is a waitlist. Mori is free today.
- Local directory: 254 care places (vets, groomers, boarding, shops, trainers, sitters) and 60 pet outings (parks, beaches, cafes, hotels) gathered from public sources, last checked 23 October 2026. Coverage is deepest in Dubai and thin in several emirates.
- Every listing shows its sources, the date it was checked and a confidence level, and is marked Unverified until the business confirms its own details. There is no paid placement in rankings.
- Maggy gives general guidance only. She never diagnoses, prescribes or suggests medication doses, and points to a vet or a 24-hour clinic for anything urgent. Mori is not a veterinary service.
- Privacy: pets, photos, tasks and records stay on the owner’s phone; there is no account, no advertising and no tracking. Owners can export or erase their data.
- Languages: English today. Arabic is being added, with Russian and Filipino planned.
- Not live yet: the iOS and Android store apps, accounts and cloud backup, a community of pet owners, and the pet-friendly places section for the public (it is in internal testing).
